At Kissel + Wolf, corporate responsibility is an integral part of how we operate. Our focus lies on four key pillars: people, environment, quality and production safety. 

People

Without them, we could not meet our customers’ expectations in terms of high technological standards, quality, reliability and adherence to deadlines.

Environment

Being economically active also means taking responsibility. For many years, we have placed great importance on environmentally sustainable production processes. By applying recognised technical methods for proper recycling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, we ensure a closed-loop material cycle.

Additionally, we have installed a total of 404 solar panels on the roofs of our facilities. In doing so, we support the energy transition while ensuring a sustainable power supply for our operations.

Quality

Quality is a vital component of our corporate philosophy. It forms the basis of all business activities and relies on our well-trained and experienced employees. Our quality management system is continuously developed and confirmed through regular audits and certifications.

Production Safety

Protecting people is our top priority. Thanks to extensive investments in safety measures, our accident statistics clearly tend towards “zero incidents”. The awarded “Sicher mit System” (Systematic Safety) seal confirms our structured and effective occupational safety approach.
